Founder & CEO

Casey Meeks, the accomplished founder and owner of Elements of Restoration, stands at the forefront of the emergency water and fire mitigation industry. A licensed contractor, Casey began remodeling high-end homes in Denver in 2006 before expanding into restoration services. His vision was to create a company that could respond swiftly and effectively to disasters while delivering unmatched quality and care.

Ricky Travis Buzis

CEO & Operational Partner, Wyoming Division

Ricky Travis Buzis leads the Wyoming division of Elements of Restoration, LLC. With a strong background in construction, renovation, painting, and drywall, Ricky brings hands-on expertise and an empathetic approach to his role. His passion for restoration stems from personal experience with the devastating effects of water damage.

As a certified WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) professional, Ricky ensures his division delivers exceptional service while setting high industry standards. His leadership is rooted in resilience and compassion, helping families and businesses in Wyoming rebuild stronger after disaster.

Tara Clifton

IICRC Certified & Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC License #MAC2083)

From Bay City, Texas, Tara Clifton is a driven and highly skilled professional in the restoration industry. Growing up with strong values of hard work and perseverance, Tara built a successful cleaning business serving high-end clients in Houston before expanding her expertise into water and fire damage restoration.

Tara holds the highest level of mold certification in Texas as a Licensed Mold Assessment Consultant. Alongside her MAC license, she is also IICRC-certified in Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning (UFT). Her blend of certifications, industry knowledge, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Elements of Restoration team.

Nick Esquivel

Nick Esquivel is a valued member of Elements of Restoration Houston, where his hands-on expertise and passion for helping others make him an essential part of the team. Originally from Blessing, Texas, Nick carries with him the values of hard work, resilience, and community that define his hometown.

With a professional background as an electrician, heavy equipment operator, and carpenter, Nick brings a broad skill set to the restoration industry. His decision to join the field came from a genuine desire to support families during their most difficult times, especially when water or fire damage disrupts everyday life. Clients consistently recognize him for his reliability, trustworthiness, and meticulous attention to detail.

Beyond his career, Nick enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his three sons. This love for family and the outdoors fuels his dedication to his work and strengthens his commitment to serving the Houston community with compassion and skill. His mix of technical expertise, integrity, and approachable nature makes him a cornerstone of the Elements of Restoration Houston team.

With a career spanning more than three decades, William Young serves as the Director of Operations at Elements of Restoration. Rich Buccini

Myrtle Beach Operations

Rich Buccini brings over 40 years of construction and flooring experience to the Myrtle Beach division of Elements of Restoration. Known for his precision, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality, Rich has built a career spanning both residential and commercial projects.

Now serving as Restoration Manager, Rich combines his deep construction background with IICRC certifications in Water Restoration (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT). His leadership, attention to detail, and focus on customer satisfaction help ensure every project is handled with care and professionalism.
