Rich brings over 40 years of experience in flooring installation and construction to the Myrtle Beach division. A proud Sicilian American and master craftsman, he built his career on precision, quality, and a deep understanding of how buildings function from the ground up. His background spans a wide range of projects, from residential homes to large-scale commercial properties, earning him a reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
Rich recently joined Elements of Restoration after partnering with longtime friend and CEO, Casey Meeks, to lead the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina division. While restoration is a newer chapter in his career, his construction expertise provides a strong foundation for his role as Restoration Manager. His ability to assess structures, manage projects efficiently, and oversee complex jobs translates seamlessly into the restoration industry.
As an IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Rich combines industry certifications with decades of real-world experience. His leadership style is rooted in accountability, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction—ensuring every project meets the highest standards of service and care.
