For Casey Meeks, leadership has always been about preparation, adaptability, and showing up when people need help the most. As the founder and CEO of Elements of Restoration, Casey stands at the forefront of the emergency water and fire mitigation industry, leading a growing company built on speed, precision, and genuine care for the communities it serves.

Casey’s career began in Denver in 2006, where he worked as a licensed contractor remodeling high-end homes. That early experience shaped his standards for quality and craftsmanship, but it also exposed a major gap in the restoration industry. Too often, disaster response lacked professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail. Casey saw an opportunity to build something better—a company that could respond quickly in times of crisis while delivering work held to the same high standards as premium construction.

That vision became Elements of Restoration.

Originally from Texas, Casey’s upbringing took him across multiple parts of the country, instilling adaptability and a deep appreciation for community. Those experiences shaped his leadership style and fueled his drive to grow Elements of Restoration into a multi-location operation serving families and businesses across: Denver, Colorado; Houston, Texas; Nashville, Tennessee; Rock Springs, Wyoming; and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Despite the company’s expansion, Casey remains deeply connected to the mission: helping people recover when disaster disrupts their lives. His leadership emphasizes accountability, local expertise, and compassion—ensuring each location operates with the same commitment to excellence and care.

Outside of work, Casey is first and foremost a family man. He loves spending time with his young boys, whether it’s boating, fishing, or teaching them life lessons outdoors. An avid hog hunter and fisherman, Casey values time in nature as a way to recharge, reflect, and stay grounded. These passions mirror the same traits that define his leadership—patience, focus, and respect for hard work.

Balancing family life with leading a fast-growing restoration company isn’t always easy, but for Casey, it’s essential. That balance keeps him connected to what truly matters and reinforces why Elements of Restoration exists in the first place—to protect homes, businesses, and the people inside them.
